But off-screen, Julia has been working harder than ever in asking for votes from her IG fans for the Maxim contest, which the 90 Day Fiancé star, unfortunately, didn’t win.
In a series of Instagram stories, 90 Day Fiancé personality Julia Trubkina hinted at the contest being rigged by declaring, “if you have money, you will win.” As per a recording posted by 90dayfiancefanatics2, Julia confessed that she’d lost all hopes of winning and the unfairness of the competition reminded her of a similar experience from her childhood. The Krasnodar native thanked her fans for their votes and later revealed what had happened in her past by sharing a photo of herself in full makeup looking unrecognizable on her IG feed. “At the age of 10, I took part in the Miss Tuapse competition (my hometown) for the first time,” Julia confessed, and remembered a girl telling her “I don’t understand why you’re all nervous, my dad will already start organizing the competition, I’ll win” backstage.
“And what do you think, it turns out her dad was in the jury,” wrote the dejected 90 Day Fiancé celeb Julia, who despite the incident never stopped participating in more competitions.
