STAND BY ME Tribute Art – “The Body”

Stand by me art The Body 570x320 SR Geek Picks: The Animalvengers, Stand By Me Tribute Art, Zelda Nostalgia & More

“The train had knocked Ray Brower out of his Keds just like it had knocked the life out of his body. The kid wasn’t sick. The kid wasn’t sleeping. The kid was dead.”

Artist Jeff Victor whipped up this marvelous piece of tribute art for the classic Rob Reiner film Stand By Me. He calls it “The Body,” which is the title of the original story that was written by Stephen King.

  1. Well the British accents were…erm….unique.

Still better than I could do though

    • Unique as in “universally atrocious” or “made Dick Van Dyke sound like Laurence Olivier”? :-) Let’s see how many words this post flags up for moderation!

      • None?? Cor blimey, Mary Poppins…

  2. The Link picture looks coool.

  3. Magnificent items from you, man. I have remember your
