Battle of marathon will be awesome……miller should look into the spartan and athens wars. im sure tge batte scenes will be way better cuz of there two different fighting styles watching them trade off battle wins…..spartan way of life should still exist. i wish i can be apart of the movie and the spartan falenx

Man a 300 prequel. i can wait to see it and read the novel..bringing back all the actors will be amazing and to see how they will fit in at marathon. you know instead of marathon, miller can look into the spartan,athens wars im sure we can see a lot better battles between those two city states with two different fighting styles and how they traded off wins. anyway cant believe a prequel is in the making of one of my favorite movies. i wish i can be apart of the spartan falenx.

the spirit was bad, but i loved how they did the guns xD superpowerful! i was hoping for another Sin City, but the spirit just fell too short:\ oh well, but im really excited about this one, Snyder is one of the best directors ever:)300 and watchmen was brilliant!i hope butler will feature in it:D

I mean I always say to each their own you know but it was awful(wishing for MIB tech to wipe it from my mind or an Etchasketch shake, rattle and erase from my long term memories..) If Miller was going for campy then it was too campy for campy!! I can’t in good conscience recommend it!!

Now excuse me I have to go get a shower..I somehow feel dirty having talked about it!!

Let’s hope Miller sticks with graphic novels and comic books and stays out of the director’s chair..The Spirit was just about one of THE worse films I ever watched..

“Through my lens” should be interesting bearing in mind the Spartans weren’t at Marathon and the Persian forces were being led by Xerxes’ father Darius. The only way of featuring Leonidas fighting without simply inventing it would be to have some kind of dual narrative: Marathon and the period between Thermopylae and Plataea.

And before you say it, Rob, yeah I know 300 wasn’t exactly a documentary either!
