I've loved 24 since the first season and am loving this year so far.

I've always been a fan of Bill's character and so glad they decided to give him more screen time this season. His wife (name escapes me right now) is also an interesting character and a brilliant actress in her role. Am looking forward to what will happen with these two.

I finally got around to watching these four episodes on my DVR. Overall, I'm still a big fan of this show, but there are two problems. It feels just like the same ol' plot devices (I would have preferred more variety in location/story), and most of the story arcs depend on people acting like they were absent the day brains were handed out. (Example: The guy who helps terrorists in order to protect his family — what did he THINK was going to happen? Hasn't he watched any of the previous seasons of 24?)

Despite the minor nitpicks, I like the timely issues that are being presented — bus bombings, erosion of civil liberties, cooperating with terrorists to catch terrorists, etc. This is still the most compelling show on TV, and I don't plan to miss a minute of it.
