I can’t wait to see another 24, I hope there’s a strong “official” version of Jack that can command the screen.

It’s good to see “Cliff Simons” (Ba`al from stargate) getting some more work, I hope it’s a steady roll.

Get ready to see another side of the United Nations,,, I think this will be the best season since seasons 2 and 5,,,

Pay attention folks!

Great post Mike. Nice job,!

Gary says:

I am looking forward to it but But no more of Jack being sick.
I REALLY didnt like that .

M-Cat says:

It may be old by now but I still love the show.

DrSamBeckett says:

So excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

24 is the greatest tv show of all time. I met Carlos Bernard last week at a dvd signing, he was really cool, hope Tony is back in some capacity.

Season 7 was a real return to form and i hope they continue like that for this, Jack Bauer’s Last Day.

INK says:

Can’t wait!!!! And I agree with aGeneral about the actor who played Ba’al in SG1.

I read somewhere that sutherland was contracted for a ninth season, is that not true

Stephie says:

24 has been a “must see” show at my house for several years (everything — and I mean EVERYTHING — comes to a halt when the show comes on), so I can’t wait for the new season.

Andy S says:

Looks awesome!! “24″ is one of my all-time favorite shows and it looks like it isn’t slowing down one bit!! The next 2.5 months are going to crawl by!! :P

Rhaemye says:

Yeah, I also thought there were plans for a ninth season.
Nice seeing cap’n Aceveda in the trailer.

Kal_El says:

Cant wait. I love 24.

I was very unhappy with the ending of last season – it seemed with the exposure of uber-liberal Garofola in the cast (if you’re unsure of what I mean do some google on some of her most infamous anti-american comments), the show took a turn to the “we are the world” approach and was completely atypical and lost credibility with me as a viewer – as it applies to Jack. It just seems that hollywood’s liberal views infected it finally, and America being America’s biggest enemy cliche that Tom Cruise and Co. has pushed down our throats for too long soured my love for the show.

Jack being sick half the season was not fun, either. The other good characters are Bill – now dead, and Tony, the traitor was an unnecessary cliche story plot; and thankfully Chloe’ was her normal spaz self. Hopefully Jack and 24 will be back to his ruthless unflinching and uncompromising self that made him and show so riveting for many years now, and hopefully Chloe will be just as omnipresent as she deserves to be.
