Sorry, but I just can't get behind "anti-piracy" when these numbers come out (or when I go to the theaters to pay $13 to watch a movie). I also think Holmes will have good international box office, and serious staying power on the domestic side until the end of January (repeat showings will be the key factor, just like with Iron Man). @greenknight333... I wouldn't be too terribly surprised if WB offers Guy Ritchie a shot at a DC Comics movie. I've read various publications which indicate Ritchie is still attached to Lobo as director, despite the fact nothing's been made official yet. Warner Brothers will surpass the $41 million mark when Sherlock Holmes opens this weekend (I look for it to rack up $45 million).
