Gotta say I agree with Brad Brevet over at RopeOfSilicon concerning the Razzie nominations: Who cares?
As far as I’m concerned they jumped the shark in 2005 when they gave the “award” to both President Bush and Condoleezza Rice for their appearance in Fahrenheit 9/11.
The Razzies used to be fun, but now it just seems like they point out the painfully obvious and that they’re pretty pointless. Among the nominees are Basic Instinct 2, The Shaggy Dog and Little Man.
Shocking.
Really.

Yeah, the Razzies were always a bit of a novelty, but the novelty seems to be wearing off. I agreed with most of this year’s “nominations,” but the problem is that they’re choosing movies from an adult perspective without regard for each movie’s target audience. Adults are likely to hate kids’ movies, right? Because they’re not the target audience, and yet kids’ movies almost always end up on the Razzie nomination list. What about movies that were meant to be taken seriously, but ended up being stinkers? I thought that was the whole point of the Razzies.

I agree completely with Brian. I did like the year they savaged Catwoman!
