Hey Vic, are you watching them all then? ;)

If not, what are the ones you will definitely go out and see in the cinema?

One of my main problems with Pirates 2 was the fact that it just seemed to go on, and on... and on.

Geoffrey Rush will definitely be fun to see onscreen. And you make a good point, the trailer for POTC 3 *should* be out by now!

Oooh, just read over on rottentomatoes that there aren't any fart jokes in "Meet the Robinsons", which might just be enough reason to consider it.. :)

Wow. You're thorough!

I didn't think the second Pirates movie was bad. Not as good as the first, sure, but there were flashes of brilliance, like the bone cage sequence, and the other choreographed action sequences. Lots of exposition made it drag in parts, but it may very well have been necessary. I'll be happy if they bring together all the loose ends in satisfying ways for the third, while keeping that madcap sense of fun. Geoffrey Rush is back, so that should improve its chances.

I'll probably see Fantastic Four, and Bourne Ultimatum so I can talk about them with my cousin who's more into movies in general than I am.

The ones I'm actively anticipating are Ratatouille, Pirates 3 (shouldn't the trailer be out for that by now?), Spider Man 3, with a strong inclination to see what happens in Harry Potter V (since I haven't been following the books). Oh yeah, and I will see Transformers, since I was a fan of the tv show, and had the toys to boot, though I had lost interest in the series before the animated movie was released. Trailers and buzz are promising for a pure-adrenaline rush movie.

Some I'd watch on television or DVD, like Ocean's 13, Shooter, National Treasure or Shrek III.

Then there's those I wouldn't go see if I was paid to, like Hairspray, Saw IV, AvP II, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I'm not a fan of the horror genre, so all of those are out too.
